The Terms of Service apply when you use the Lune & Brass website or purchase products from us. By placing an order with Lune & Brass, you agree to these terms.
About us
Lune & Brass is an independent UK business selling handmade home decor.

Products
We take care to describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.
As our garlands are handmade, there may also be small variations between individual pieces. These variations are part of the nature of a handmade product and do not affect your statutory rights.
Orders and payment
When you place an order, you will receive confirmation at the email address you provide.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where necessary, for example if a product has been incorrectly priced or is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, you will receive a refund.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Made-to-order products
Many Lune & Brass garlands are made to order. Each garland will normally be ready to dispatch within 5 working days. If your garland is already in stock, we may dispatch it sooner.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated times are set out in our Shipping Policy and are also shown at checkout where applicable.
Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Your rights to cancel an order, return an item or receive a refund are explained in our Return and Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Intellectual Property
The content of this website, including Lune & Brass branding, original photographs, text and design, belongs to Lune & Brass or is used with permission. It must not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission, except where permitted by law.
Website use
You must not misuse this website, attempt to interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful purposes.
We may update or change the website and these Terms from time to time.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when your order was placed or for losses resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you will also retain any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you where you live.
